Freedom International School is a legacy institution built on strong academic foundations, personal attention, and a deep ecosystem of care.However, in an increasingly competitive education landscape, these inherent strengths were not being clearly or consistently communicated.

Our role was to consolidate, align, and articulate the school’s identity — shaping a brand that reflected its values while positioning it meaningfully within the consideration set for today’s parents.

The K–12 education space is crowded, competitive, and often indistinguishable in communication. Freedom International School needed to:

Brand Positioning

We began with a deep positioning exercise, including a detailed landscape analysis and stakeholder conversations with management, teachers, students, and parents. From these insights, FIS was mapped to a niche it was naturally aligned to — and one that was under-occupied in the category.
The school was positioned around three core pillars:

With the strategic direction defined, we moved into streamlining and strengthening the school’s core brand assets.

Identity & Guidelines

A refreshed identity system and brand book were developed to ensure consistency and clarity across all communication — internal and external.

Website Revamp

The school website was completely reimagined, from content to design and development. The focus was on clarity, navigation, and storytelling — allowing parents to understand not just what the school offers, but how it thinks.

Communication Strategy

We defined clear pillars of communication, aligned internal teams to the strategy, and created a roadmap for consistent brand expression across channels.
