ABB | Global Internal Awards Campaign
For ABB’s global internal awards initiative, the objective was clear: to create a campaign that felt cohesive, credible, and energising across regions, teams, and touchpoints.
We partnered closely with the ABB marketing team to shape the campaign from the inside out. Beginning with the core narrative and tone of voice, we defined a messaging framework and a unifying visual system that could anchor the initiative globally.
From there, we supported the campaign end to end. This included crafting the launch film, designing email communications, enabling the nomination and voting process through structured presentation decks, and extending the narrative into physical touchpoints such as certificates and trophies.
Every element was designed to feel intentional, aligned, and seamless, allowing the campaign to travel smoothly across markets while retaining a strong, unified identity.
