The mandate was not just to use AI, but to do so meaningfully. The films had to feel human, credible, and aligned with ABB’s leadership ethos, while being scalable across a global organisation.

Our Approach

We crafted an AI-enabled leadership film designed to feel direct and grounded. Complex leadership perspectives were distilled into a clear narrative that could travel seamlessly across a diverse, international audience. The creative focus was deliberate: realism over polish, clarity over theatrics.

Alongside this, we developed a second film as a surprise for ABB’s marketing team. Released at the close of the year, this piece took on a lighter, more personal tone — celebrating collaboration, effort, and shared momentum during the holiday season.

Though different in tone and purpose, both films were anchored in the same principle: technology in service of storytelling, not spectacle.
